No support reps seem to be available for "Banckle Chat"... why is that?

I have been waiting for over an hour for someone to connect to the Banckle Chat session I started. Are there any support reps available for live chat?

I’m trying to evaluate your products but having some issues, so it’s very frustrating that I cannot get my questions answered.

The support representatives work in different timings and during the time when you have logged over Banckle chat, none of the representative would be available.
