Non-keyboard special characters contains text not able to hyperlink

We are not able to hyperlink non-keyboard special characters (Like ½, “,”, §, £, €, °, ¥, ¶ etc) contains text using Aspose.PDF version 10.8.0.0.

In the Attached PDF file we are trying to Hyperlink “Volume 5 of Plats, Page(s) 93-93½” text using below mentioned RegEX pattern using Aspose.PDF version 10.8.0.0 and its not getting hyperlinked. But using the same RegEx pattern we are able to find the text from RegEx online testing tool. (http://regexr.com/v1/)

Please help me to fix this issue.
