Not able to access priority support forum


I should have access to priority support forum but I am getting access denied. Could you please check and revert ASAP. I would like to move this to Priority Support. This is a critical requirement for my project.

The account associated with priority support for your order is currently RubenBM. A priority support subscription can be linked to only one account so please let me know if you need to change the associated account.
