One of my colleague not able to login on aspose forum. He forgot his password, so he try to reset the password by reset option but not getting password reset link on his email.

Sometimes, cached data or cookies can interfere with the password reset process. To ensure a smooth experience, please try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, or alternatively, use an Incognito or Private browsing window. Then, visit https://metrics.aspose.com.
Once the page loads, hover your mouse over the user icon in the top-right corner and select “Login” from the dropdown menu. On the next page, click the “I forgot my password” link. Enter your email address and click the “Reset Password” button.
You will then see the following message:
“An email containing step by step instructions has been sent to your email address.”
Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder just in case) for the email, and you will find a “Reset your password” button. Click it, and you’ll be directed to a page where you can enter your new password.
Once you’ve entered your new password, click “Change Password.” You should then see a confirmation message:
“Password has been successfully updated!”

We tried that link but still not getting the email to change the password.
Is there any other way to change the password?
