Not able to see my thread after upgrade to Priority Support


I’m not able to see one of my thread after an upgrade to priority support.

Before the upgrade I used this link: <a href=“https://forum.aspose.com/t/12217

After I recieved this notification:

I have observed your comments and like to share with you that both the links are working fine on my end. This must work on your end as well because every post by you has the badge of Priority Support. I have notified our web team that you are unable to see the Priority Support Forum.
