If you want to test Aspose APIs without the evaluation version limitations, you can request a 30-day Temporary License. Please refer to How to get a Temporary License.

Did you request for 30 days temporary license (please check the link I pasted in my previous reply)?. You cannot get a temporary license for evaluation until you request for it.

Please check if the message/attachment is in Junk folder or maybe is blocked due to security settings on your email server on your end.
Anyways, you may also add a thread in sales section to ask for 30 days temporary license.
