NPE While Saving the Word Document using Aspose Java

I am using the licence version of the Aspose Java Api for creating the PDF from the word document. I have added the below aspose jar in my classpath aspose-cells-7.3.1.jar,aspose-pdf-kit-4.3.0.jar,aspose-pdf-9.7.0-jdk16.jar,aspose-words-14.12.0-jdk16.jar. I am using jdk1.6.0_45 in my application.

I have attached the sample programe which just takes the location of the input file. The program main aim is just to create the copy of the original document so that later we can do the modifictaion on the created copy. Issue is coming while calling the below function on line 65 of sample programe

doc.save(copyInputFileLoc,com.aspose.words.SaveFormat.DOCX);

I have also attached the output.log with this post. Issue is not coming for all kinds of document and it is coming for some kind of documents. Due to policy of the organization I can not share the orignal document in the forum Please do share your email id of support persons with us so that I can share the document for which the issue is coming.

We had received another email from you but were unable to extract the contents of 'SampleProg.zip'. It seems either this zip file is corrupted or password protected. Please see attached screenshot.

I have dropped the idea of sending you the zip file instead have attached the artifact with the reply.

Please find the below artifact attached with the below reply.

1.SampleProgram.docx(Sample Program source code copied in the docx file)

As mentioned in my last reply, I have attached the SampleDocument(Test_Final.docx) with this reply.

I have also attached the component.png to indicate the component in the document due to which the NPE is occuring.

Please do let me know if you are able to download the artifact associated with the responses.

If you still not able to download or open the artifacts please do let us know any secure channel where we can send the artifacts to aspose.

Thanks for your inquiry. After an initial test with Aspose.Words for Java 15.3.0, I was unable to reproduce this issue on my side. I would suggest you please upgrade to the latest version of Aspose.Words. You can download it from the following link. I hope, this helps.
