Aspose.HTML packages newer than 23.3.0 are broken. Nuget doesn’t work and manual download contains onle *.DLL for .net 2.0 runtime.
We did not face any issues like this in our environment. Can you please share some more details like Visual Studio Version and .NET Core version with us? Also, if possible, please share a screenshot of the issue as well.
Visual Studio 2013 (.net Runtime 3.5 and .net Runtime 4.6.7)
The download packages (DLL only) are broken too. They include only the DLL for .net 2.0 runtime.
We would like to share that Aspose.HTML for .NET no longer supports these .NET Frameworks. Therefore, you are facing this issue. From now on, it only supports .NET Core. You can please upgrade the .NET Framework version of your project to use the latest versions of the API.
