While using Aspose.Words for java we have encountered a strange problem.
When the text contain numbers around special characters after using the tool the numbers change their placement around the special character. for example:
12.34 turns into 34.12
08/07/1989 turns into 1989/07/08
We are currently using the latest version of Aspose.Words for java.
Do you know this kind of problem, and is there a fix for it?
Hello
I have Attached the source document - Flipped numbers Input, and the result document - Flipped numbers Output.
Note the lower right cell that changes from 123-4567 to 4567-123.
I have also attached the code. As you can see, there is no logic there.
Hi
Thank you for additional information. I managed to reproduce the problem on my side. Your request has been linked to the appropriate issue. You will be notified as soon as it is resolved.
Best regards,
Thanks for the inquiry. I’m sorry to share with you that this issue is not yet resolved. This issue is pending for analysis. We will keep you informed and let you know once it is fixed.
This issue is the most important for us and the delivery of our product version depends on it. We are upgrading our license to Enterprise and it will take some time. It is problematic for us to wait with this issue till the license will be upgraded. Is it possible to give a high priority for this ticket and to resolve it in the next release of Aspose?
I have verified the status of this issue from our issue tracking system and regret to share with you that this issue is not resolved yet. However, I have asked for the ETA of this issue from our development team. As soon as, any information is shared by them I will be more then happy to share that with you.
