Occasional programming support

From time to time, I could use some development help creating documents and manipulating PDF and PPT files using Aspose. They are typically small projects such as “create document X” or “combine multiple pdfs and manipulate in some way such as a table of contents”.

Are there developers out there who can do these small projects at reasonable cost? The platform I use is asp.net (mostly vb.net)? Can they reach me through this forum?
