Yes, Aspose.OCR for Java supports Spanish language. I would suggest you to download the latest available build [1.5.0](http://www.aspose.com/community/files/72/java-components/aspose.ocr-for-java/entry500130.aspx) and corresponding [resources](http://www.aspose.com/community/files/72/java-components/aspose.ocr-for-java/entry500054.aspx). Source code to perform the OCR operation is available on below linked technical article.
Please note, Aspose.OCR for Java currently supports Bmp and Tiff file
formats only, therefore you may not be able to use Jpeg file format for
OCR operations. Please feel free to write back in case you face any difficulty.
