OcrEngine is not processing jpg

Hi,


I am evaluating Aspose.OCR for Java. During this process i tried to process a jpg file and I found that outcome is completely garbage.

The code to process the jpg file is: AsposeEvaluation.txt

The image file which i used for processing is: EHR_SOAP_Notes.jpg

The out come of above processed file is: EHR_SOAP_Notes.txt

We have evaluated your presented scenario while using the latest version of Aspose.OCR for Java 2.0.0, and are able to receive garbage data as you have mentioned it. Most probable reason for such result is the quality of your sample image as it has resolution of just 96 DPI. Please note, Aspose.OCR APIs currently work well with images having high resolution, most preferably 300 DPI or above.

Thanks for the response. I will make sure that while evaluating the performance i am using images with resolution more than 300 dpi.
