Office 365 does not update the document after performing mail merge using C#

Hi Team ,
I am using Aspose product to merge data from database into word file and also if user wanted to update the document manually then document will open on users machine to update . But after office 365 upgrade happened users are not able to update document , getting read only error . Same functionality is working fine in office 2016 or older version . Please help us to resolve this issue .
