This is to update you that OMR component is not available in Aspose.OCR for Cloud. We only offer OCR component. However a feature request has been created into our system with ID OCR-36048. Our product team will look into it. We will update you accordingly via this forum thread.

We need more information from your side to implement this feature. We need to know:

  • How you create the OMR template?
  • Are you using Aspose.OCR OMR template editor or creating OMR template programmatically using Aspose.OCR API?
  • How you obtain the OMR scanned sheet images for recognition (scanner or phone camera)?

we are looking for a Android sdk which take a photo through an camer as an input . We would like to detect the answers marked in the OMR sheet. We would like all the detection to take place on the phone rather on the cloud

This is to update you that Aspose.OCR family includes 3 components Aspose.OCR for .Net, Aspose.OCR for Java and Aspose.OCR for Cloud. There is no Android version of Aspose.OCR available. When you go for Android SDK for Cloud, this means that OCR operation and OMR operation will take place on cloud.
