I see that it is possible to do OCR on a multiple page tiff but is it possible to do OMR on the same?

The feature you are looking for is not available. It is not possible to load multipage TIFF file and perform OMR operation on it. However you can create an OMR template that have multiple images in it. Please visit the link Load Multiple Images into Template Editor for details.
