I am getting very inconsistant behavior from the CELLS tool. Depending on changes to the spreadsheet I am attempting to open, it randomly appears to give thie error. I am on 18.104.22.168. And to attach a file here, It 's better to zip the file(s) first, Now click "Options" tab, then click "Add/Update" button to "Browse" the file, then click "Save" to attach it and that's it.
Please try this attached fix.
