Hi Aspose,
Open XML SDK throws exception when opening xlsm file converted from xlsb - System.InvalidOperationException (“Specified part does not exist in the package.”). After same conversion but using MS Excel OpenXML SDK - all works correctly.
Please see sample project with sample files: Aspose.Cells.ConsoleApp.zip (9.3 MB)
Thank you,
Alex Shloma

This issue has been logged as
CELLSNET-47017 – OpenXML SDK throws exception when opening converted file
@licenses,
We have investigated it bit more, there is a record in sheet13.bin.rels : <Relationship Id=“rId6” Type="http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/officeDocument/2006/relationships/image
" Target="…/media/image8.emf"/>
But there is no such image in the template file and Aspose.Cells kept this record in order to keep all in the template file.
We will remove this record in the next fix.
