Out of memory exception - Incremental write

Hi

I am currently using Aspose Cells version 5.1.3.1 to write a large file. I have previously had out of memory exceptions with this file but after advice on this forum about setting the cache file to disk got around these.

However I now have to add a significant amount of data to this file. Rather than solve the new out of memory exception. I would like to write the file in batches. Save one worksheet at a time. Save, discard the worksheet, create a new one and save, and so on. While keeping the saved workbook on disk with all saved worksheets.

I have not been able to find away to do this incremental write. So was wondering

1. Can this be done

2. Is there a sample on how to do this

Thanks for your time

Regards

Dean

Hi,

I am afraid I am not sure if there is any better way to do it accordingly. We will check it and if we have, we will let you know.

By the way, will you please also try the latest version: Aspose.Cells for .NET v7.0.3.4 and see if it works fine. In latest versions, we have made tremendous enhancements in the APIs regarding performance and memory management tasks.

Thank you.
