Well, for the migration article i.e. http://www.aspose.com/documentation/.net-components/aspose.cells-for-.net/rotating-cell-text.html
the code is fine because the article is about how to
rotate text in a cell not for a range of cells. It is already using new
Cell.GetStyle and Cell.SetStyle mechanism.

Yes, you are right. This page has mixed code examples, it has
some samples that still using Style attribute instead of Range.ApplyStyle() method. We will update those code
segments accordingly soon.
