Output is off for Pdf to word conversion

I have a pdf input like this:

After conversion to Word it looks off like this:

Anyone experience this before and have a fix or work around?

We were able to reproduce your problem. Please, note than PDF files and MS Word documents are very different in structure and sometimes changes in the layout are introduced when the document is converted from one file type to another.
