P2V of server with Aspose installed/configured

Hello,

We have aspose installed on a few of our systems, and performed a P2V of that server. However we seem to have encountered some corruption issues. Are there any licensing re-authorizations or re-installation regarding Aspose that needs to be taken into consideration when performing this P2V process?

To give a little more information, when attempting to open a merged file, the file opens but is not distinguishable. We are able to open the source docx files without issue.

Thanks for your inquiry. There is no licensing re-authorizations or re-installation needs after P2V process to view the document. Once you have generated your final document using Aspose.Words, you can use this document according to your requirement. However, if Aspose.Words generates the corrupted document, please share the following detail for investigation purposes.

  • Please attach your input Word document.
  • Please

create a standalone/runnable simple Java application that demonstrates the code (Aspose.Words code) you used to generate
your output document

  • Please attach the output Word file that shows the undesired behavior.

As soon as you get these pieces of information to
us we’ll start our investigation into your issue.
