Ive created yesterday a topic about paid support service inaccessibility, but I havent received any respond yet :frowning: (topic url: https://forum.aspose.com/t/cannot-log-into-paid-support-service/167549).

The access to paid helpdesk is a matter of the utmost importance for me, and I have information, that the paid support service has been purchased.

Will you please investigate the case and feedback me an information why i have the problem with login into paid support.

OK, it looks like I’ve been misinformed about paid support service purchase - apparently my company haven`t bought one.

Please close this and corresponding private (https://forum.aspose.com/t/cannot-log-into-paid-support-service/167549) issue.
