I’ve seen a couple of threads before on this but my problem seems to be more weird.
I get this error almost everytime after I use Shift+F5 to close the debugger rather then closing Internet Explorer to stop. Also if I get certain errors in my application it happens the next time I try to run.
When this happens my only solution to get the app working again is to reboot. Anyone know whats going on here?
If you meet this problem, you can restart your website in IIS management console. If it still cannot work, restart the “World Wide Web Publishing Service” in windows service. In most cases, your app will work again without rebooting.
