While parsing the outlook email message (.msg) stream using the Mapi Class or Mail Message class, if the message is from Sent items of outlook, the sender email address is having different value or empty string in Mapi Class or Mail Message class. Can you please help us for retrieving the email sender metadata from Sent items for Outlook messages?
I request you to please share the source file having issue on your end along with working sample code that we may use on our end to investigate further.

Here is the sample code we used for parsing the outlook email message file. Same implementation we have done in our Web API for parsing the email message.
