Partial Aspose word conversion

Hi Team,


We found partial conversion issue with Aspose. For example, in case a word file have 10 pages , out of 10 pages only 5 gets converted properly and the other 5 are completely blank. Though the actual document have all 10 pages properly filled.

Please help us in tracking these partial conversion issues, since we are not able to get any data from Aspose tool to record such partial conversion issues.

Once end customer escalates then only we get to know that word document has been partially converted.

Please help. Files has been attached for your reference.

We are still waiting for a resolution. This has affected our business severely.

We are loosing our customer confidence and they are even forcing us to remove Aspose completely from any of our platform services.

We need your immediate attention to rectify this issue at the earliest.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-14675) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 19.12 update and this Aspose.Words for Java 19.12 update.
