Password protected word document

Hi Team,

We were able to process password protected word document and able to convert to tiff .
But now we upgraded to office 2013 and after that we are not able to process password protected word document.
It is saying " RC4 CryptoAPI Encryption"

Please find the attached sample file.
password is : ranjan

Can you please help me?

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-10711) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.
