PDF/a files from Foxit are not detected

Hi Aspose,

We have a trouble with recognizing PDF documents compliance with PDF/A standard, created using Foxit Phantom.

Please see attached sample documents.zip (244.1 KB)
(‘Blank Foxit’ folder), which were created in Foxit Phantom application. Aspose.PDF does not recognize them as PDF/A documents. Therefore, we used Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to re-save documents from Foxit (‘Blank Adobe converted from Foxit’ folder) and after it, Aspose.PDF detects them as PDF/A.

Here is sample code:

new Aspose.Pdf.License().SetLicense(<license>);
var info = new Aspose.Pdf.Document(<filepath>);
var pdfa = info.IsPdfaCompliant;

Versions:
Aspose.Pdf - 19.2.0;
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - 2018.011.20055;
Foxit Phantom - 7.2.5.930.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as PDFNET-46073) have been fixed in Aspose.PDF for .NET 25.8.
