PDF Conversion 403 errors


Our system uses Aspose to convert rtf files to pdf. Our system’s api calls have been constantly receiving 403 forbidden responses since this afternoon.

Yes, the service was down yesterday because of a sever technical issue. This issue affected a few customers including you and took a few hours to resolve. It was resolved yesterday by our product team and notifications were sent to all affected customers.
