PDF Conversion : differences between On premise and Cloud API

Hello

I found https://products.aspose.com/words/java. I tried it with my own samples (with free trial version) and I found some conversion mistakes which I didn’t meet with your Cloud API (https://products.aspose.cloud/words/java). I’m not talking about “Evaluation Only. Created with Aspose.Words” But I’m talking about Font size, number of pages converted, page break…

Can your confirm me that it can really happen with Licensed Java version ?
Or your cloud API is more powerful ?

My tests run on Ubuntu + JDK8. Can this have an impact ?

Please make sure that all the Fonts used in your Word documents are installed on the machine where you are performing Word to PDF conversions. Please refer to following section of documentation:

In case the problem still remains, please ZIP and upload your input Word document and Aspose.Words for Java generated PDF file showing the undesired behavior here for testing. We will then investigate the issue on our end and provide you more information.
