Pdf conversion to html is free and does not require a license?

I wanted to convert pdf files to html and when I tried through the free version (asposse-pdf for java), I was able to do it!
Also, no watermarks or page limits were found :blush:
So, this is a feature you can use for free, right? It does not require a license?
