PDF extraction is not working

Hi,

I am extracting the pdf to editor, but the following error is giving

Wrong text extracting, please check your pdf.: v3.5.0.0

I have uploaded 2 files PdfResume.pdf and Test_resume2.pdf, Test_resume2.pdf is uploading fine, but when uploading PdfResume.pdf file, the above error is coming.

The file which is not loading it's pdf version is 1.6, but the file which is uploading,it's pdf version is 1.4.

I am using Windows Vista operating system. My system configuration has been attached.

Can you help me on this issue.

And also I forgotten to mention one thing, the file which is not loading it’s pdf version 1.6, but the file which is uploading, the version is 1.4.

Hi Hari,

I have tested this issue at my end using the latest version and it worked fine. Could you please try using Aspose.Pdf.Kit for .NET 5.6.0 and see if it helps at your end? If you still find any issue then please do let us know.
