PDF file contains broken (displaced) text after conversion from PPTX in comparison with original document.
Note. There is no such problem when saving PPTX to PDF using MS Power Point

The issue is already not reproducible in the newest versions of Aspose.Slides. Please check your results using the latest version.

The issues you found earlier (filed as SLIDESNET-42187) have been fixed in Aspose.Slides for .NET 23.2 (ZIP, MSI).
