Pdf files parsing problem

hi. we bought aspose.pdf version 19.

we have lots of problems with files. lots of whitespace.

Would you please share SSCCE code so that we may try to reproduce and investigate it in our environment. Before sharing requested data, please ensure using Aspose.PDF for .NET 19.11.

the Aspose.Pdf version is 19.6.
if i bought this version last 5 month ago. can i update to the new one?

Aspose.PDF for .NET 19.11 was released on 9th November 2019. You can upgrade to any release that is published before expiry of your license. License expiry date is specified in <SubscriptionExpiry>YYYYMMDD</SubscriptionExpiry> tag of your license file.

i was updated to the last version.
and is still make me the same problem with UTF-8
