I have a problem when generating a PDF from a PPT. Images included in the PPT (or PPTX) are missing or degraded. My subcontractor already asks you the same question (call : ID-SLIDESJAVA-33282) on free support without knowing that we pay for the support.
Can you tell me if I’m at the wrong place to ask a question/raise an issue ?
Can I have an official answer from you on this blocking issue?

I have observed the issue ID shared by you and unfortunately, it refers to some internal issue. Can you please share the forum thread link where by your sub-contractor has shared the issue with us. I also like to add that the difference between paid and free support is that the issues for paid support are prioritized. I also like to add further that paid priority and enterprise supports for Aspose.Slides are on halt from last 8 months due to our ongoing internal activity of developing an autoported version of Aspose.Slides for Java from Aspose.Slides for .NET.
Please provide the issue details that your sub-contractor has shared with us along with thread link. I will investigate and share the response with you ASAP.
