PDF jpeg of page not producing image correctly

Hi, A PDF page that I am creating an image of, using Aspose.Pdf.Devices.JpegDevice, is not producing the correct image.

The PDF contains a transparent gradient above an image, I think the transparent gradient is not recognised and when rendering the image it shows a none transparent color gradient and thus hides the image below, making the bottom of the page not look like the original PDF.
Is this a know issue with Aspose.PDF for .Net?

Hi Meyrick,

Thanks for your inquiry. While testing the scenario with latest version of Aspose.Pdf for .NET, I’ve managed to reproduce the issue and logged it as PDFNEWNET-35831 in our issue tracking system for further investigation and resolution. We will update you as soon as its resolved.

Hello,

I’ve got the same problem with the recent version (17.4.0).

You seen on top the transparent background inside the PDF file, the image doesn’t have the transparency.

Please let me know whether this issue has been solved after 4 years.

Herbert

Hi Asad, Is there any update on this issue.

Additionally I have one more query, In my case I am using a radial gradient rectangle(radial_grad.zip), it seems to be rendering in the PDF but not when I convert the pdf to a png/jpg image using JpegDevice/PngDevice.

Could you please update on an ETA this would be fixed.

Your help is much appreciated.
