PDF.Kit GetNextImage

Hello,

I'm using Aspose.PDF.Kit version 2.3.4, the following code is resulting in completely black images:

Dim converter As PdfConverter = New PdfConverter()

converter.BindPdf(EventDocumentRootFolder & System.IO.Path.GetFileName(GUIDName))

converter.DoConvert()

While converter.HasNextImage

converter.GetNextImage(EventDocumentRootFolder & FirstTitle & "_" & Count & ".jpeg", System.Drawing.Imaging.ImageFormat.Jpeg)

Count += 1

End While

any idea how to fix this?

and do i need to renew my Aspose License to download a hotfix ? and is the Aspose.PDF license different than the Apose.PDF.Kit license ?

Can you please provide the Pdf and let us test it?

attached is the .pdf, however i tried different .pdf all didn't work.

can u also answer my licensing questions please.

Thank you for considering Aspose.

I have checked with latest version of Aspose.Pdf.Kit and found it working. Please find attached latest Aspose.Pdf.Kit dll and the output JPEG image. Can you please send your license file to me and let me test it, if your license is valid then you don’t need to renew license to get this Hotfix working.

License file can be same but Aspose.Pdf is a different product then Aspose.Pdf.Kit hence you need to buy separate licenses for every product. Please send me your license file I will answer your both queries.
