I wanted to inquire more about the electronic signature part in the aspose pdf. You can actually have people electronic sign the document before you send the pdf document out?

Thanks for your consideration.
Document encryption is supported in Aspose.Pdf. There is separate authorization for the owner of the document and for all other users; the users’ access can be selectively restricted to allow only certain operations,such as viewing, printing, or editing.
If you want to certify the authenticity of your document, Aspose.Pdf does not support such function currently.
