I am afraid currently Aspose.Pdf does not support the feature to convert PDF files to InDesign format. However for the sake of implementation, I have logged this requirement as PDFNET-41320 in our issue tracking system. We will further look into the details of this requirement and will keep you updated on the status of correction.
Please be patient and spare us little time.
PS, first we need to analyze and implement the feature in .NET API and then we will port it to Cloud API.
