PDF to Tiff conversion - Bold text/ font are not getting converted

Hi Team,
We are facing issues in converting pdf files to tiff/ Jpeg. Some texts are not getting converted. We have tried to convert the file online as well (https://products.aspose.app/total/conversion/pdf-to-jpg), still the same issue.

We have tested the scenario in our environment while using 22.4 version of the API and were able to notice the similar issue. We have logged it as PDFNET-51814 in our issue tracking system. We will further look into its details and keep you posted with the status of its correction. Please be patient and spare us some time.

Thank you for taking your time to look into the issue. Please advise whether we can expect the fix in June release. We are using a licensed version of aspose.

We are afraid that we cannot share any reliable ETA at the moment as the issue is pending for an initial investigation. It will be analyzed on a first come first serve basis and the resolution time of the issue depends upon the number of issues logged prior to it. However, we will surely inform you once we make some definite progress in this regard and have some news about ticket ETA. Please spare us some time.

Regretfully, the ticket has not been yet fully investigated and we are afraid that we do not have any updates regarding its resolution at the moment. We will update you in this forum thread once we have some news in this regard. Please give us some time.

We are afraid that the earlier logged ticket could not get fully investigated yet due to other pending issues in the queue.
