We use the product “Aspose Pdf for .Net” for pdf to tiff conversion. We switched from version 18.2 to version 23.11. In this transition, we are having problems in version 23.11 for documents that we do not have problems in 18.2. The words using the embedded font do not appear in the tiff created in the pdf document where embedded fonts are used. The more recent version 24.1 has the same problem.
While version 18.2 has no problem, we are having problems with the current version. We kindly ask for your support to fix the problem.
Would you please share your sample PDF and output TIFFs (generated with both 18.2 and 24.1 versions) along with the sample code snippet? We will test the scenario in our environment and address it accordingly.

Sample pdf document, code sample and tif documents I created with versions 18.2 and 24.1 are attached. The italic line in line 2 does not appear in version 24.1.
