Client would like a website with their products be able to generate a
printable PDF catalog with an index at the end so a product or product
category could be looked up to find what pages the item is on.
The web application would be built in ASP.NET (3.5 or 4.0). Which, if any, of Aspose products could be used for creating the document?

Thanks for your request. You can generate document using Aspose.Words and then save document as PDF. At the moment, however, Aspose.Words does not support updating of TOC. This feature will be available in the next version, which will be released in 4-5 weeks.
