PDF417 barcode cannot be read

I try to read the attached barcode which should be in PDF417 format. Any ideas why this doesn’t work?

We have tested the scenario at our end. It was found that the issue persists. The issue has been logged into our issue tracking system with ID BARCODENET-34415. Our product team will further look into it. We will update you accordingly via this thread.

Furthermore we need the sample code that you used to generate the PD417 coded barcode. This will help us to recreate the exact scenario.

In our scenario we have to read barcodes which have been produced by several external programs. Therefore we have no knowlege about how they created the barcode and which library they used…
