PDF417 barcode (java) not being recognized by Kodak

I am evaluating Aspose barcode java (aspose-barcode-8.1.0-java ) for barcode generation within our application. We are using Kodak i1220 scanner with Kofax VRS elite driver. Code 39 and Code 128 barcodes are getting detected in the kofax vrs test console. However the pdf 417 barcodes generated are not getting detected. Can you please let me know what could be the issue?
Attached are the pdf417 samples generated which are not getting recognised.

We have investigated the issue at our end. We have used the latest version Aspose.BarCode for Java 8.2.0. We are able to recognize the barcode. Following are the outputs:
