PdfExtractor works for some users but not all

Somehow the attached program works for some users (returns the bar code), but not all (returns null). We are on Linux platform. Is there anything other requirement, in addition to the jar files, in order for it to work?

These are in the CLASSPATH in alll environments.

Hi Joanna,

There is nothing special you have to do on Linux to run the PdfExtractor. However, we think that the problem could be with the particular PDF. Can you please share the problematic PDF with us, so we could test the issue at our end?

We are using the same PDF file across different environment, the each environment is pointing to the same license file.
