PDFNEWNET-39641 - Change TOC page numbering

Hi,


I have found a bug fix that relates exactly to what I want to do (not include the TOC page in TOC numbering) but can someone please point me in the direction of how to implement this?

I also have a cover page on my pdf. I did find that if I created the TOC, with IsCountTocPages = false, then add the cover page after, the numbering is as required, as in the numbering starts from the actual contents of the PDF.
