There are few more observation. For generating any document of size x MB the memory utilization is increased by 100x MB. Is this expected behaviour for this utility?

If 20MB document is generating then it should take around 200MB of memory, right? Currently it is consuming near about 1.5 GB of memory. Why this much memory is comsumed for rendering?
Regarding memory consumed by PDF I’ll reply you shortly.

When I export report into PDF the highest memory utilization it is reaching is ~250MB for 1040 pages.
But in case of word it is ~1.5GB for ~300 pages.
Can you provide solution to this as early as possible?
