We have a strange problem at a customers site. Sometimes we get an error when uploading a specific powerpoint file, but if the customer opens and re-saves the powerpoint it works fine.
I have absolutely no clue about what can be wrong, but I assume it would be something like corrupt metadata in the powerpoint file. But I have no way to make sure about this, because I cannot recreate the error in my development environment..
Perhaps it sounds familiar to you.
All I do is to call getThubmnail() on each slide
We are using Aspose.PowerPoint
assembly version: 1.9.4.0
Product version: 2005.07.11
If necessary, would it be possible for me to send you the powerpoint file, without posting it to this newsgroup?
