Permissions check failed (invalid Perms value) when opening PDF

Hello Aspose team,
I need to read the security information of a PDF to show the enduser when something went wrong.
I open the PDF by: pdf = new Aspose.Pdf.Document(pdfName);
At that line i get a exception: Permissions check failed (invalid Perms value).

How can i extract the security information of this PDF. when i open the PDF in Adobe i get all the information and i can view the PDF.

I use Aspose.PDF 24.7.0
