Pictures missing when saving MSG as ICS

Hello,
When loading an MSG and saving it as ICS, the inner embedded image is not inserted correctly in the target ICS, while the image itself is encoded inside the target ICS file.

Another case was when loading oft and saving as ics:
The added or subtracted value results in an un-representable DateTime. Parameter name: value
oft was saved from Outlook 2001 and valid.
Generally what’s this error?

I’ve mentioned this before, it’s the limitations of the ics format. Just open your msg in Outlook, and save it in ics. There will be no image there at all.

I’m sorry, it’s not clear what you referring to.
