Plain Text Content Controls?

I’m trying to use Aspose Words .NET to convert a form (produced in MSWord 2010) to PDF. I’d like the users to be able to complete the fields in the PDF document.

I can add legacy “Text Form Fields” to my form, and using the Aspose “PreserveFormFields” option, these are recognised as fillable fields in the resulting PDF.
However, the “Plain Text Content Controls” in the DOCX file are not editable in the produced PDF.

Should I be able to use Plain Text Content Controls in this way?

I’ve attached a DOCX sample. The “Name” field is a legacy field, and the rest are Plain Text Content Controls.
